As a result of our growth and focus on continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers and patients , a Full-Time opportunity is present for a customer-focused Administration Officer (Radiologist Workflow & Teleradiology).
This role will provide a range of administrative support services to the broader Radiologist team to ensure they achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner, along with the office management of Imaging Associates’ Support Office.
What you’ll be doing?
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Radiologist team by:
- Providing admin and clerical support services to Radiologists, monitoring work priorities and workflow to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient focused services.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external calls for Radiologists.
- Monitor and evaluate admin processes, systems and procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow.
- Manage Support Office facilities, including OH&S practices, repairs, maintenance and security.
- Manage reception enquiries, deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, upkeep of office meeting rooms/amenities and stationery/office supplies.
About you?
You’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes initiative, and brings a solution-focused mindset to your work. You’ll bring:
- 2+ years of administration experience, ideally in a healthcare or radiology setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support strong internal and external relationships.
- Confidence in prioritising competing tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Professional discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency in in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of RIS/PACS software experience a plus
